Integrity
The root of integrity is “integer” which you likely remember from math class, means whole, one (as opposed to a fraction). I believe that being authentic to oneself is living a life of integrity – honoring all your interests, talents, gifts all while building your character and remembering that this life is about more than ourselves. Living a life of integrity is a service to others, and as my grandma likes to say “we are helpers one to another.”

I have attempted many times to shut down important sides of me to “focus” on one thing. This website is surrender. Suppression takes too much energy. I love to act and perform. I also love to think & write. What about you?
